My Account

The GalaxSea Swim Shop is build using the same technology used by amazon.co.uk, this provides a very secure and efficient way for you to both checkout and track all your orders. If you already shop with amazon.co.uk you can use the same email address and password to access your account and existing address book, if you don't have an amazon.co.uk account don't worry you will be able to create one when you checkout.

To access the "My Account" section please click on the "Your Account" link at the very top right of the website. This will ask you to login using your email address and password, you will then be able to view your orders.

Track Orders

After logging into your account (see above) you will se a link on the left hand side for "Track orders". This will provide information on the delivery status of your order and depending on how the items were despatched, either by Royal Mail post or by courier, a link for you to track the parcels via the courier's website.
